Do you think that Smogon should lower the usage bracket to allow for each tier to hold a larger amount of Pokemon or should they just continue adding more tiers as they do now? Also this is more of a personal gripe but does anyone else find the name UnderUsed to be a misnomer for the tier? I mean in the earlier generations it made sense that Pokemon in that tier were 'under used' but nowadays I feel that this is not the case.
