I hate this distinction. Mostly because it makes me realize that Pokemon which are supposed to be legendary are abundant enough to where they needed to make a subset classification of legendary pokemon for those that are actually legendary and rare.
So now we have legendary Pokemon, which are a dime a dozen, and mythical Pokemon, which are literally just anime movie-bait and there are STILL too many mythicals/generation.

I would let the turn timer run down to one second and then make my move, then do the same thing over and over until they forfeit or let the timer completely drain. Pretty easy to deal with. Jirachi with Z-Happy Hour, Iron Head and Drain Punch is enough to tear apart a lot of things, just get regen mons like Toxapex out of the way and you're good to go. Still isn't great at taking a hit but at +1 defenses it's not getting OHKO'd by too much and can usually Drain Punch back the damage. I usually just throw HP Ice (For Landorus) or Healing Wish in the last slot. Doesn't matter too much.
