Heatmor is one of my favourite fire types. Durant is also a favourite of mine. I love rival relationships in Pokemon, like with Zangoose and Seviper.

Why not turn White Smoke into something like

>Summons a mass of smoke on the field boosting team Heatmors evasion ( or lower enemy accuracy by 1 stage) by one stat as long as he's on the field. Certain moves (like defog, hurricane etc) can remove it from him

and boost it's offense and defense by varying amounts but not speed.

Top half of the design is dope.

It's legs are a bit stubby though and I don't like the tubes on it's crotch.
