You're right, team Skull's origins and Guzma's past are the things that always interested me. Like he's implied to be the same age as Kukui because both of them were captain rejects back in the day, so they knew each other. Did Guzma join skull when he was rejected? I suppose they weren't always based in UlaUla because idk what reason Guzma would have to travel there if his house is on another island and he knew Kukui.
I also wonder just when did Guzma take over from the rekt kahuna? The npc says a few years ago is when the wrath of the Tapu struck that guy but then, did Guzma take over immediately or was skull disbanded for a while?
