If you had to make a short clip to show two new mons, you'd rather NOT show an unclear and mistakeable defensive move. A simple damaging attack, instead, conveys what it does easy enough.

Not mentioning that Fireworks seems the only UB signature move so far.

Well of course, Cel has access to ridiculous moves that it shouldn't. Like Leech Seed.

I'm willing to bet it's some combination of [Rock or Ground] and [Ghost or Psychic]. Is Ground/Ghost a good typing for a slow defensive stat spread with Beast Boost? Keep in mind it'll have a good +90 base stats to work with over Golurk/Palossand and might have its off-attack stat be completely dumped to 37ish.
