I've been busy for a while and could only pick pokemon back recently. I tried to continue my pokemon X playthrough that I last played 2 years ago (never finished).
I was still at the start of route 12, all going well until I get to coumarine city and I think I may have a bug; on the seaside part on the cliff there's this girl that gives you a TM quiz which will reward you with a TM each day. However, Its been 3 days now and she hasnt offered me a new one yet, I checked walkthroughs and saw that she's supposed to offer me 4 different ones in total but she always only tells me to visit the next day.
Also I dont know if this is normal but noticed that my team seems to be 10 lvls above everything else, was this game badly balanced? I dont remember farming per se (only time-consuming thing I did was spend time searching an area to catch a lapras)
