That's like if you were throwing a die and trying to get an even number. Since half of the numbers (2, 4, 6) are even, the probability of getting an even number is 50%. This means that if you throw the die twice you should on average get one even number. So, you throw the die twice, only to see that it gives you 3 and 5, after which you sperg out and start yelling "WHAT THE HELL IS THE POINT OF THESE NUMBERS BEING ATTACHED TO A CHANCE IF THEY AREN'T EVEN ACCURATE!??!?!"
