No, those stats are pretty terrible. Decidueye suffers from the opposite problem Incineroar does: Whereas Incineroar has great stats, its movepool is pretty barren, and Decidueye has some admittedly great moves like spirit shackle, leaf blade, brave bird, sucker punch and swords dance, its stats are just garbage: Its too slow and too frail to really do much of anything.

Last I checked Decidueye is dominating RU like a boss, so you're incorrect about Decidueye being bad, mediocre or whatever buzzwords you feel like spewing.

in my mind, decidueye isnt the worst answer to ferrothorn.

It cant be leech seeded, last I checked ferro didnt carry toxic, and power whip is resisted while decidueye can trap it with spirit shackle, roost and swords dance to set up then conitnue to spirit shackle.

It's still very specific though, but grass/ghost offensively isnt as bad as it could have been pre-gen 6

The Best Ferro set carries Gyro Ball, Meanwhile Deciudeye isn't a Danger for any pokemon Above B tier in RU it cannot force for a switch to Ferrothorn to start the setting and the Spirit Shackle Spam.

Offensively is mediocre, Ghost and grass aren't the best friends you can ask for a pokemon. One is the best defensive pivot in the top tier, the other is top tier offensive typing.

Deciudeye it's bad. It's most powerful stab cames from a 90 BP move and SS has the same I think.

I don't quite get how it's ranked highly in RU. At a glance, the top threats in the tier just massacre Decidueye. Then again I don't play RU so yeah, I know fuck all about it. Anyone care to explain?
