i'd rather have some scandinavia + central europe (mostly germany) and european russia if not russia and its asian part as whole including some border countries such as china as hint for eventual next games
an alpine region would be also nice since it shares a good ammount of countries and may be the early game area while the rest can continue with italy, corse, sardinia, sicily, malta, balkans with the adriatic sea in the middle, same with the andes and south america
else a greece + egypt based region, turkey and middle east don't seem to be appropriate for games and shit in the current situation, eastern and north-eastern africa including madagascar is also alright, you get like all the enviroments for it, including safaris and whatever (ruined by kangz)
