>>33680998Yeah, from a developement point of view, but is only mentioned ingame in BW2, in BW its Pokedex entries doesn't mention this and from what I remember no NPC either, theres only the rumor that it is eating people and came from a meteor. The design of regular also doesn't look incomplete me, only the ice parts looked mysterious. Only base stat total and the already in BW existing Signature Moves were any indication
