He takes too much to level up and therefore experience away from the rest of the team, he doesn't learn any good moves either (horn attack is still my best move at level 40). He wasn't worth it, but if you want it for a pokedex entry, just type in Heracross location, in youtube and there are tons of videos on where to find him.
