>Gen 2 has Held Items, Day/Night cycles, Breeding, Generational Transfer, PokeGear, Mythical Events In-Game and Time Based events as major new features.>Gen 3 has Abilities, Doubles, Contests(The start of Non-Battle Gimmicks), Secret bases and Berry Diversity, And made a huge step for Postgame content>Gen 4 have Physical/Special Split, The Underground, Poketech, and More Ways to encounter a Pokemon, And still has a Good Postgame>Gen 5 has few things like Triples, Rotations(The Fuck) and Hidden Abilities(Most of them are locked in Wifi events and a Flash game) but It kinda combined the Genwun Feeling(locked to use the 152 Unovan Pokemon) with the Mechanics of Later gens, And Good/Decent Story/Variety/Postgame >Gen 6 just ''Improve'' a Mechanic that didn't need to be Improved(Evolution with Mega Evolution) and another who did have Potential to be Improved but everything went wrong(Types and Fairies), Both Raping the Meta, and then There's things like Amie(Nu Emblem pandering), Avatar Customizing(Kinda Limited) and 3 new battle formats(One good(Inverse), One decent(Horde) and one that is The Fuck just like Rotations(Sky)), Not to mention We're back to our habitual Shit Stories and the Postgame it's Fucking Trash>Gen 7 brings The shittiest mechanic ever, Z-moves, Which was supposed to be a Better Version of the Gems, But thanks to the Megastone Factor, They are SHITTIER than the Gems, The other ''Big'' Mechanics in the games are Refresh(Broken Amie), Festival Plaza(Shitty Join Avenue) and Hyper Training(Shitty Super Training that needs Psuedo Event-only items), Not to metion that features like Triples, Dexnav, Oreo Powers, Inverse battles and others were Removed
