To be honest, gen 7 was very difficult to me compared to previous gen. Not HARD, but slightly more hard.
Not gen 6, that was ridiculously easy.

I too was surpised with her latest video. It was a well organised review/rant, with actual documentation and both facts and genuine opinions present and well seperated. That was 52 minutes I don't regret spending on a pokemon youtube vid, it's exactly what I'd consider good content, not a hint of clickbait. SM can be hard if you don't use the EXP share.
I did a wonderlocke many months ago with exp share off since I'd get the boost from the mons being traded. I lost at E4 because of an extra crit from Olivia. Obviously I never used healing items in a battle.
