A few things tend to use fake out for free damage like mega Medicham and Lopunny, and it would also give a more reliable answer to flinch mons like Jirachi and Togekiss, even if they may not be too common. I kind of hope they open VGC18 to poketransporter because inner focus is a much better ability in doubles than in singles, but I doubt they will. At the very least it might be good in Smogon Doubles
