No shit. Most people pretty much agrees with the fan theory of, the pokedex is written by children.
It's why the rotom one is darker. It's written by an actual pokemon.
Even then, I always thought that adult trainers could get like, an adult pokedex which has less fluff and more point blank facts.
The pokedex pretty much would just record where the pokemon was found and caught. Like bird watching.

Ever since the "Sans is Ness" video, it is clear this guy comes up with his next "theory" by either throwing to the air a bunch of video game words or characters and seeing how they arrange when they fall, or plagiarizes others.
