My little bro watches the show, and I can't help but ask myself why the show directors decided to go through the hundreds of Pokemon episodes with same main character Ass Ketchup.

I would have loved the show if they changed up the main character in every generation. Am I alone in this? Was the director just incompetent or was he afraid to do this for some reason?
