Another leak claimed they are a different team that travels to Ultra Space and worship Necrozma, could also be a possibility since Necrozma is relevant in these games.
It's unlikely they are reoccuring characters. The smaller figure in the forefront doesn't resemble anyone we know, the closest to her body type is Hapu and the hair is completely different. The farthest figure might be Faba if the "mustache" is a part of the face gear, the other two could be anyone but even if the woman has purple hair like some believe, she's unlikely to be Anabel and the man on the other side does not resemble Looker.
