I believe Deoxys is the pinnacle of Pokemon design. I haven't been impressed by a Pokemon's design and concept like Deoxys' in years.

Well for one it was the first legendary with its own unique theme shared by no one else.

Something Mewtwo and Mew surprisingly don't have.

I like Deoxys. One of the best legendaries.

I think Golisopod and Nihilego surpassed it though, designwise.
