My Synchronizer isn't working on my gift Marshadow. I have a Naive Synchronize Elgyem in my Party and nothing else, but the ones I'm getting are all random Natures.

Syncronize only works on in game gifts.

If its given by Yellow man inside the Pokemon Center, Synchronize doesn't work.

In everything else (including events like QR code Magearna) Synchronize works just fine
