Is it possible for Smeargle to Sketch Transform in Gen II?
I'm nuzlocking Silver on VC, and in the Ruins of Alph, I actually managed to encounter one of my favorites--Smeargle.
Even though I know it's not gonna do me very much good, I still want to use one if only for the memes. But I don't want her to be completely useless at the same time.
If it's not possible for her to Sketch Transform, are there any other things I could try to have her Sketch that would give her some use, or should I just give up on her?
