why do people project on here so much to the point that they delude themselves into thinking that other people HAVE to play these fucking games and that they WILL enjoy them? People complain because Gamefreak have absolutely huge resources at their disposal which they do not utilize effectively at all and all people ask is they actually pull their fucking finger out of their arses and make the games that they could make, not the half arsed games that they do.
might they still be fun and something people enjoy? of course. but some people want BETTER for these games eventually by not just buying it for the sake of buying it. Gamefreak obviously need to be incentivized to work harder than they do and money is probably the only way to do that.
a boycott works by spreading word of mouth and it grows exponentially; but when fuckers like you decry it and disregard it and say 'you will play it anyway and you will enjoy it' it makez me fucking despair for how easily led some people are and how much people want to be taken advantage of by something yes, they may love but gamefreak keep making it clear they do not love US back. US, we are in this together, most people wanting to boycott are pokemon fans as much as the ones preordering the pair; probably more, because we want this game to be an all round artistic and gameplay success as well as a commercial one; rather than the lazy shoddy commercial successes gamefreak give us.
what is wrong with asking for more when they have so much more they could give? its in their power but they dont act on it because people have such fucking low standards.
