Tiger deserves a mega with +50 atk, +20 to both defences, -60 spatk and +70 speed. Now he got the place he deserve.

That's the problem. Decidueye should have 140+ speed at the very least. Just dump its sp.attack into speed.

And that's the problem. Decidueye should NOT be a slow mixed attacker. Decidueye should be an extremely fast and powerful attacker with decent bulk. Gamefreak are failures as game designers until they fix this problem.
