What I still want to know is are we supposed to get the Ultra version of the version we already got or the opposite one?

It actually kinda mattered with BW and BW2 since you wanted the get the same color because they gave you the appropriate legendary.

I was really hoping we'd get more crazy type combinations like the UB concept allowed for. To be fair Fire/Ghost is a relative uncommon typing but they still feels like wasted opportunities.

UB Adhesive is probably the least imaginative so far IMO. Pure poison type is common as fuck and the design doesn't even look that weird compared to a lot of the Mew-type mythicals.

The only way Burst and Assembly could be worse if they went full on maximum shitmon minmaxing. Burst being an extremely slow and extremely frail mixed attacker with no priority moves and Assembly being an extremely slow and extremely weak wallmon with no recovery.

My prediction is that UB Adhesion is a Pokemon from the world with stolen light, which is also the world the Ultra Recon Squad comes from, which is why it looks a bit less odd-it comes from a world similar to the normal world where people catch Pokemon.

I predict the ultra recon are trying to steal cosmog in the beginning of the games. That scene in the Japanese story trailer where she says "run away" on the ground- I predict that's the beginning of the game. But she ultimately has been brainwashed in some way by them, so I suppose originally she had nothing wrong with her. Which is a shame because I also predict she will stay crazy if my theory is (hopefully not) true
