The reason why Cosmog is #387, Necrozma is #400, and Marshadow is #402 (meaning only Burst and Assembly were added between Lunala and Necrozma) is because Adhesive (and possibly other UBs owned by the new characters) will be placed in the Dex based on when you first fight them, just like Type: Null.
