>>33732760I'm not terribly fond of them looking more like Solgaleo and Lunala than Necrozma, though. They just seem kind of lazy. Especially because it gives me the sneaking suspicion they were made as such to support releasing USM as two versions instead of a single third version like other gens. Gen 5 made some sense because BW2 were sequels and meant you could be B & B2 or W & W2 to get a full story and set of main legends. There's been no similar real gameplay reasons shown so far to support USM being two versions instead of one.
Though I suppose, upon thinking about it, they're really no more lazy than the Kyurem forms.
