Sun and Moon introduced a handful of strange moves that could only be learned by a few Pokemon, none of which were introduced in the current gen:

Given the introduction of a Pokemon revolving around poison adhesive, I think these attacks might have been meant primarily for Pokemon who were held back for USUM. Burn Up may have also been meant for Burst, given its theme of shooting huge fire attacks that cripple it afterward.
tl;dr: I think we're going to be seeing a new Pokemon related to Power Trip soon. A new UB? Since Primeape was also one of the few to get Stomping Tantrum, perhaps Alolan Primape? Something else entirely?
