>>33736300It'll probably be a conflict of interests and not necessarily an outright evil villain. The Ultra Recon Squad had all the light from their world stolen by Necrozma, and seem to be after it. Necrozma is in our world and eats Nebby, who we/Lillie have personal attachment to. The Ultra Recon Squad imprisons or protects Nebbycrozma because they have beef with it, or they want the light it's absorbed. We've seen Necrozma with Nebby in tow sealed in something in their world. It's probably going to come down to them wanting to keep Nebby and us wanting to rescue it. Along the way they might paint Necrozma as sympathetic, especially if it's been captured by the Ultra Recon Squad. All of this might also just be a front by their organization with some evil mastermind doing it for some less justifiable reason.
