Nah, not really. I have always preferred Empoleon wth regular colors. Then again, I don't really like any of the Shiny forms of the Sinnoh starters.

Not really. It's filed away in the "barely a difference" folder, which I guess is still better than "puke green." Plus, it does have a TCG card which only, what, 10% of Pokemon can say?
