So Ghetsis was right, in that there were many cases of Pokemon being abused, and that they should do something. But he also created a vision for N by neglecting to tell him about all the people who help Pokemon, and make it seem like the whole system is bad.
I like N in that respect, because he has a vision of the truth, and has conviction for it. He clings to his truth, and will do what he can to make to show the world that his way is the right way.
Of course, you can just change "truth" to "ideals" here, because things are so vague and pen to interpretation. But I like to go with truth. Plus N has this innocent, heroic view of himself, so partnering up with the more angelic-looking dragon suits him.
