Aqua Jet needs to be a heavy attack
Sliding needs to be less shit period
The range and frame data on some of his standard moves (namely grab and 2Y) needs to be improved
Less landing lag on his dash would also be appreciated
IMHO the first two are the most urgent because Empoleon has literally no anti-air outside of the shitty flying disc (which is a light attack AKA doesnt work against bursted opponents) and getting knocked out of a full speed Aqua Jet with a random slap sucks really hard
Right now Empoleon is like the worst of Blaziken, Charizard, Garchomp and Weavile combined into one shitty package
will still continue using him, but it's becoming appearant to me that he's a low tier character
