>>33746959>there's just something mystical about Xerneas and Yveltal I don't think they've done with box legends since Ho-oh and LugiaSimple: They had no presence in the story like the legends from Gens 3-5 had. Lysandre needing them only as a power source for the Ultimate weapon was kinda treated like an afterthought. They weren't a primary focus like say, Lysandre directly controlling Yveltal to commit his plans of genocide, or Xerneas to cause life to grow out of control and suffocate humanity's urbanization.
Nope they were just...batteries.
