It's small, similar to other Psychic-type pixies, has a large head, has glowing eyes (same blue often used to represent psychic energy), floats, and it's purple and pink. Plus Poison/Psychic IS a unique typing and it's not like pure Poison is exactly great typing to begin with, especially when you can't have Levitate.
