Blissey and Silvally are the most prominent case.
Porygon2 certainly becomes bulkier, but it doesn't use the same strategy as Porygon-Z.
Some people argued early in SM's life that Torracat was more viable then Incineroar because of the speed difference, but that doesn't seem to pop up anymore.

Not counting Ubers, Chansey outclasses Blissey
Type Null and Silvally are both in the B range in PU, so it's not a "complete outclass"
Porygon2 and Porygon Z are too different to compare
Dusclops was UU and Dusknoir was RU in Gen 5
And then there are gimmicks like Murkrow in VGC
