Puts pressure on anything that might try to OHKO it with a SE move, and unlike pyukumuku, guzzlord's HP is so humongous that when fully invested (650 HP), it will still take down most pokemon when knocked out from half (325 HP) or even a third (215 HP) sometimes. You're basically forced to wear it down over and over through the course of battle just to ensure that a key part of your team doesn't die with it. The best part is, since its defenses are so shit, you can actually run a max HP 0IV def/spdef set just to get the most out of it.
>Moves>Belly drumGives guzzlord a threatening attack boost whenever an opponent thinks they're smart by using toxic or leech seed. While too slow to be a sweeper, its ability scares off anything that could take it out.
>RecoverBrings its HP back to where innards out is threatening again. Also reliable recovery is always good.
>FlailI'm surprised a creature with a flail for a tail doesn't learn flail at all. Still a shit move but if you somehow bring it down to 1 HP just out of fear of innards out, guzzlord will be firing off a 200 BP attack in return.

Maybe not OU material but UU surely would get fucked by it. Every bug, dragon, fairy or ice type in UU that can OHKO it doesn't have nearly enough HP not to care about innards out, except maybe mamoswine.
