Last week someone said they made a statue of this image to purchase. I can't find it anywhere, all I can find is the Lillie with Vulpix but I rather have her and Cosmog.

Probably not, as far as I know they're being made to order so a scalper is the only way unless they make more. The Pokémon Center preorders were for the the US. Is the site you're thinking about sunyshore?
