>>33755560he's joking with you. Adamant is the best for base scizor, impish is solid for mega sciz. Normal scizor is typically best at swords dance sets that abuse moves like priority bullet punch. Mega sciz is crazy bulky, so it can make a defensive set with u-turn, bullet punch, roost, and defog work. Adamant mega sciz isn't bad either, though, if you don't have a mega on your team it's way better than normal scizor. Bullet punch is mandatory on every set, the rest can be tailored to your team. Bug bite is pretty good. Defensive sets all need roost. You could run defensive SD with impish BP, knock or u turn, roost, and of course SD. For offensive sets that aren't choice band, swords dance is mandatory. Knock off is fantastic for things like toxapex, Alolan marowak, and celesteela. Bug bite is pretty great with technician, as is superpower for coverage purposes. If you're a total memelord, you can run careful spdef non mega defog scizor or jolly scarf scizor or something, but I wouldn't recommend it.
So generally, adamant > impish >>> careful > the rest.
