That's an amazing idea, though I'm shocked they never released little PVC mystery figures concealed in plastic Pokeballs so you never know what Pokemon you're getting. I mean Burger King sort of did this for a little while, but like a main retail thing. Could even have rare shiny versions in metallic paint.

But I do like the Minior idea. Might end up getting a few until I got the dark blue one...

It's not much, but Shellder DID get a Burger King toy back in the late 90's that squirts water. I've also seen plushes but they were likely custom.

Hasbro also made a 3-4 inch Crawdaunt toy with "clamping" functionality, which was packaged with Mightyena. Shouldn't be too hard to find.
