Bastiodon is entry hazards Necrozma is Stored Power/Moonlight/CM/ID
This team is fun for both singles and doubles. I think Necrozma holds up better in singles but he pairs well with Kartana and Feraligatr
M-Ampharos is there for Groudon basically

What I mean by that is you have no safe switch ins to powerful dark/ghost attacks, your mons don't really seem to help each other's weaknesses. This is an example of a team with good synergy. The best way I can describe a place to start is to pick a mega then build a team around supporting that mon. Think of it like your king in a game of chess.
