I think USUM was conceptualized in 2014. Why? The multiverse storyline that began in ORAS. 1st, we saw Looker w/amnesia at the Resort. In SM, we see Anabel w/amnesia. Since USUM is centered around multiverses, I think USUM will finish Looker & Anabel's story. Also, it seems like USUM is darker and geared towards older fans, Hmmmm...

Im not sure about that. I didnt see anything "dark" in USUM trailers. Its just the way they're showing it hype up the climax of the story

He's probably referring to the blade runner aesthetic, dystopian atmosphere in that picture and the fact that the protagonist looks a lot older. It gives off a more mature feel compared to all the other artwork for this game.
