In that vein, I suggest we have a Fire-type regional Voltorb and Electrode, they main difference visibly would be that the res parts of their bodies take up about 3/4 instead of half, and they have some licks of flames seemingly painted around their eyes. I'm open to it being changed but I think the obvious reference is a good one.

Also I don't like having the leaders kidnapped. I don't think we should shoot for something that requires a lot of visual storytelling because we would have to have cutscenes or some other strange stuff going on.
