That building is too small to be a regular facility but that 100% is the gym logo on it. Ryuki might take the Scott role in this game and introduce us to it early there in Maile. There's also that second screenshot of the player with a battle background that strongly resembles the PWT with a crowd and stage lights. This would tie in to Ryuki calling himself a "star."
At this point it could be anything, but it's definitely something.
