Dragonair is an OK but kinda bland design

its very existence is also irrelevant due to it being a wholly unviable non-fully evolved pokémon so I couldn't care less about it even if I wanted to.

No shit. All the other gens will never surpass the original in popularity. Gen II still retains higher anime viewership and game sales than the later gens.

and just before you guys were arguing popularity. again, gen II didn't leave people disastified nor "burned" out. it was the envitable result of a fad. gen iii arguably did more harm in regards to pokemon's dying popularity in the early 2000s.
