As an add up, look how almost all Ultra Beasts use up some sort of energy that is essential for existence. Buzzwole and Burst drain life energy, Xurkitree drains electricity, Celesteela burns fuel and Guzzlord is either transporting or converting matter itself.

That was headcanon. The only justifiable one is Nihilego and even then, that's just Lusamine making Lillie dress like one.

What about it? It doesn't look like a human character. Unless you're just asking why does it look like a dragon's head.
That's just their inspiration. Remember that the fact that a pokemon's typing isn't necessarily reflected by how they look. And even then, we don't know everything about Necrozma just yet.

Pherom/Buzz is attracted to Hala (Fighting)

Guzz is attracted to N-nani (Dark)
