>>33787209I think Scrappy only applies to Normal and Fighting immunities because it's all about being the "underdog" or "underweight" fighter. Wouldn't make sense applying that to things like Electric moves on Ground types.
Also, my own ideas. None of these changes would break the meta or be overpowered, I think:
>DampProtects from two other "explosive" moves: Shell Trap and Powder.
>Flame BodyAdds a 20% chance of causing a Burn to all contact moves used by the Pokemon with this ability. Works similarly to Poison Touch in this regard. Retains 30% chance of Burn when being hit by contact moves as well.
>Hyper CutterAdds +1 to each Attack boost (i.e. Swords Dance becomes +3, Hone Claws is +2 Att/+1 Acc, etc.)
>IlluminateAdds an Intimidate like Evasion drop on switching in.
>Keen EyeNow also ignores the opponent's boosts to Evasion through Sand Veil or Snow Cloak (unless it does this already?)
>Magma ArmorAlso reduces damage from Ice-type attacks by 50%
>ObliviousNow protects from Encore and Fake Out as well.
>Own TempoNow protects from Encore and Torment as well.
>Run AwayNow lets you escape from trapping moves as well
>Water VeilNow also increases SpDef x1.3 in rain
>Big PecksNow adds +1 Def to defense boots (so Iron Defense becomes +3, etc.)
>KlutzBack to Gen IV mechanics
>MagicianNow deals 20% more damage from Special moves used on enemies suffering a status condition
>Pick UpNow grabs unbroken items "dropped" when a Pokemon is KO'd as well (i.e. Rotom-W faints, Lilipup picks up its Lum Berry then and there)
>PickpocketNow activates even if the user already has an item. Basically turns every contact move into Knock Off if your Pokemon already has an item. Still works like Thief if they don't.
>RattledNow can also activate if the user is hit with a super-effective attack
>Gale WingsNo longer only works at "full HP," but instead only works on the first turn the Pokemon switches in
