Pokemon never had a problem with cutscenes. So its not that the cutscenes were problematic, but that Pokemon was reverting back to a early gaming problem of shitty-lengthy cutscenes.

No one likes to see their game go back in quality instead of forward.

It will probably be the same amount of cutscenes, which is a very-very dated way of telling story in video games.

Marshadow is a new legend or mythical mon Gamefreak is holding close to peak our interest. Nothing special about Mashadow, except for maybe its moves and ability.
