Gamefreak needs a reason to sell the new games. And what better way than to let you drop 2 nukes that are exclusive only to USUM compred to 1 in SM. Z moves are mediocre compared to megas and Gamefreak wants to test if 2 would be overpowering for competitive. And unlike O-Powers and amie in Gen 6, there is no luck factor for evasion in using z moves. It's an optional thing that you choose when to trigger. I am hyped for the end of stall, how about you?
