No art. Basically imagine Arbok, but bulkier, the face on its abdomen is more pronounced, and it has a rattle like Ekans again. Color scheme reminiscent of Jafar's cobra form.

New Moves: Dragon Dance, Dragon Rush, Royal Fang*, Power Whip
Royal Fang is a Dragon-Type, physical contact move with 70 Base Power and 100 accuracy. Deals damage and restores HP to the user equal to half that damage. Both Tyrunt/Tyrantrum and Arbok learn it.
The idea is to switch in with Intimidate, hopefully neutering the opponent and forcing them to switch, and then Mega Evolve to start setting up with Coil. Thanks to Simple, Coil becomes a Swords Dance, Acid Armor, and X Accuracy in one, not only making Mega Arbok insanely bulky quickly despite its low HP, but also allowing it to use Gunk Shot, Dragon Rush, and Power Whip without worrying about their accuracy. It can also forego this and use Dragon Dance as a Swords Dance and Agility in one to attempt a sweep, but its poor base 50 Speed holds it back.
Mega Arbok's main flaws are its subpar HP, and being even slower than Tyranitar means that it will likely have to take a hit, even with Dragon Dance. It hates being burned, which will greatly weaken its attacks and cut anything it attempts to do short, even with Simple. Royal Fang is noticeably weaker than Dragon Rush, but is also Mega Arbok's only form of healing, and neither can hit Fairy-types. It's also weak to Earthquake. These factors should help keep it in check.
