he doesnt really need it, the gluttony buff was enough
hes just not very good in uu because of the ou pushdown making nonsteel walls a rarity and fighting types pretty common

if you lead with it and dont have a gameplan i guess, same goes for anything you play like a bonehead though
its not really a sweeper, its something that can wallbreak or 2 for 1 trade, the idea isnt "set up at the first opportunity" its "set up when his best play is to bring in something you can flatten at +6 because hes not gonna expect the drum or at the very least he has to gamble on it not being band/curse"

lax is also hella bulky so if its a special-heavy team the answer is probably "not really" anyway

that, and running 252 speed would make snorlax way less bulky
