Reminds me of Alduin, since he had the whole "world devourer" thing going on as well

The other Ultra Beasts are the Daedric Princes since they're chaotic forces each with their own dimensions to rule, while the other legends (Rayquaza, Arceus, Dialga, Palkia, Reshiram, Zekrom, etc.) are the Divines

I mean, we only call them UBs because they come from another dimension, Ultra Space, and scientists didnt know whether they were Pokemon or not until they invaded

Giratina is the same way, the only difference being that Sinnoh people knew about him and the Distortion World from mythology, so if he was discovered today instead of millenia ago, he would probably be classified a UB or a "Distortion Beast" as well

i guess the Ultra Spaces would be as big as the Universe in theory, but we will only explore an infinitesimal amount of the spaces, and considering what Cyrus said about Distortion World being Giratina itself, i imagine the Ultra Beasts are part of their sentient planes of existence, just like Neth from Planescape.
