This game sucks. HP is more useful than anything, even Chansey is better than Snorlax because the most important thing a defender needs to do is waste time
So, on the other hand you need to kill Blissey as fast as possible. In order to do as quickly as possible, you need two Machamp with Counter/Dynamic Punch, and Dazzling Gleam / hyper beam should be dodged. Tank psychic and pound, you can decide to tank zen headbutt.
If you don't have the potions/Machamp to do the right way, dragonite kills faster, tyranitar kills more potion efficient.
